AEO (Authorised Economic Operator)
The holder of an AEO-Certificate will be subject to fewer physical and document based controls than non-AEO companies. Companies with an AEO certificate will be recognized world wide as safe secure and compliant business partners. Customs formalities could easier be done; demands of pre-arrival and pre-departure will be limited to a minimum.

We operate exclusively in accordance with the latest version of the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen – ADSp – (German Forwarders’ General Terms and Conditions of Trading). These limit in paragraph 23 ADSp the legal liability for damage to goods in the case of damage to goods whilst in the care of a forwarder to € 5/kg, in accordance with § 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB); in the case of multimodal transports, including sea transport to 2 SDR/kg (special drawing rights), the liability of the freight forwarder,irrespective to the number of claims, is limited per damage to € 1 Million (paragraph 23.1.4 ADSp) respectively per event to € 2 Millions (paragraph 23.4 ADSp) or 2 SDR/kg of lost or damaged goods, whichever is the higher, in the case of more than one claimant the freight forwarder´s liability is proportionate to their individual claims. Paragraph 27 ADSp does not constitute an agreement for alternative maximum liability sums concerning paragraph 25 of the Montreal Agreement. For Shipbroker and Shipagent activities the Standard Terms for Shipbrokers and/or Shipagents will apply. Forwarder´s insurance covered by KRAVAG-LOGISTiC Versicherungs-AG, Hamburg.
